Renter needs only to provide own bed. Room is a decent size, with a huge storage space entrance in closet. Occupants split utilities. Current occupants: One 21 (22 in July) year old Female: Antrhopology major, math minor, artist, ukulele player and singer. One 24 year old Male: Graduate with Anthropology degree. Travel enthusiast and photographer/artist. Both of us are friendly and personable. We're easy to get along with as long as you're able to pick up after yourself! Hope you're a math to what we're looking for! We need a renter ASAP. If you move in in June, the month will be pro-rated. If couple moves in, rent is $550 for room.
